Acoustic Fan Jacket
Wilhams AFJ acoustic fan jackets are manufactured
from polymeric barrier supported by a 25m or 50mm acoustic foam
spaer layer. The polymeric barrier is backed
with hessian substrate for strength and dimensional
stability with the following options:
AFJ-106 is a standard acoustic fan jacket, manufactured from 5kg/m²
polymeric barrier.
AFJ-1080 is a high performance acoustic fan jacket, manufactured from 10 kg/m² polymeric barrier.
Both fan jackets are available with a choice of foams:
-Wilhams WH25/1FR fire retardant acoustic foam.
-Wilhams PUNF Class 'O' foam.

Flexible Duct Connector
Wilhams FDC flexible duct connector is manufactured from
heavily filled PVC barrier mat fastened using either HF welding, stitching or riveting, to form a flexible high density layer with excellent acoustic insulation properties. There are 4 connector material options:
-FDC-1060 is a hessian reinforced product with a black wear
resistant surface.
-FDC-1180 is a glass cloth reinforced product with a silver
grey wear resistant surface.
-Glass fabric impregnated with silicon (see data sheet 9/03) - for high temperature smoke extract systems.
-PVC coated nylon - for antibacterial and anti static properties.

SSB Plasterboard
Wilhams SSB plasterboard is easily distinguished
by a pure white core and rigid feel. The
paper surfaces are a mustard colour on the
face and grey colour on the back. Wilhams
SSB plasterboard is manufactured from high
quality gypsum, with a purity of not less
than 95%, in full accordance with BS 1230:Part1:1985
and is classified as a type 5 product.
The special core of glassfibre and vermiculite additives provides the SSB plasterboard with enchanced strength and performance characteristics. The heavy duty paper covering provides excellent scuff resistance and ease of decoration.
